Check your Windows version and OS Build, there. In order to see which Windows build you are currently on, type winver on your Windows Search Bar, and click on the first application that shows up on top. I am currently using Windows 10 Version 20H2 Build 19042.1586 on all of my three systems, and I have successfully managed to launch Wonderlands on all of them. And the OS Build should be at least 1909. Wonderlands does not support Windows 7 or 8.1. Gearbox has specifically recommended that you get the latest Service Pack and Build version of Windows 10.
